Q - If the technician of the zone corresponding to my city is not available, do I have to pay more for the mileage of the technician who will come from a longer distance ?
A - No, you do not. The mileage costs will be the same as those of the closest technician.

Q - How do you proceed if the van can not access to the machine for the repair?
A - We have in each van two crimping machines: an electric one and a manual one. The manual crimping machine is useful to access directly the machine and to repair a hose without changing it entirely.

Q - How to know if the technician came to repair the machine when nobody is on site?
A - A fluorescent sticker will be hang on the repaired machine to confirm our intervention.

Q - How can I be sure of the compatibility of your hoses with the legal standards?
A - All the hoses we make are carved for the traceability and to respond to the European standard CE 97/23.

Q - Are your hoses guaranteed
A - Yes, they are, during one year.

Q - Is your service only an emergency repair service?
A - No it is not. We can deliver parts, do preventive maintenance to check your hoses and change them if you want to, to do long term jobs for specific demands...

Q - How do you do if the technician has not the part in his van?
A - Each van is equipped of 600 references and 350 metre of hose, which respond to the main repair demands. If the technician has not the part, he would find an other solution by getting it with colleagues.

Q - How can I be sure of the quickness of the arrival on site ?
A - Our vans are equipped of a GPS system, which allows us to offer your several time delays by choosing between the different technicians of your zone. In the other hand, this system is useful for our technicians to find directly the site.
